Admission Process

Admission can be completed through the online registration process by filling out the application form, uploading required photographs and signatures, and making payment through the secure payment gateway.
Applicants must upload recent photographs of the student, parents, and guardian (if applicable), along with digital signatures of all required parties.
Upon successful payment, an SMS confirmation containing the Registration ID is issued, and the Entrance Card along with the fee receipt is sent via email.
Yes. Admission to the camp is strictly permitted only upon presentation of a valid Entrance Card bearing the official MCF stamp.
Yes. Cadets must submit a valid medical or fitness certificate issued within five days prior to the camp commencement date. Entry without this certificate is not permitted.
The complete camp fee must be cleared at least eight days before the camp start date.

No. Leaving the campus without instructor permission is strictly prohibited.
Cadets are expected to maintain discipline, respect instructors and fellow participants, and actively participate in all activities.
Cadets are advised to label personal items clearly. While assistance is provided, the camp is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
Mobile phones, smartwatches, earbuds, cameras, toys, and valuable personal items are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Camp fees and advance booking amounts are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
A deduction of 30% of the camp fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded approximately 45 days after completion of the camp event.
Yes, provided parents inform the camp at least 30 days prior to the camp opening date.
Cancellation deductions vary based on timing:
  • 30 days prior – 30% deduction
  • 15 days prior – 60% deduction
  • 5 days prior – 80% deduction
  • Less than 5 days prior – 100% deduction

Time Table & Camp Schedule

Yes. MCF Camp offers programs ranging from 5 days to 45 days, each conducted in scheduled batches throughout the camp season.
Yes. Pick-up, drop-off, and activity schedules may be modified if required.

Closing Ceremony

The camp concludes with a formal ceremony recognizing cadets’ achievements through awards, performances, and certificate distribution.
Yes. Parents are invited to attend and celebrate the accomplishments of cadets during the closing ceremony.

Things To Bring

Cadets must carry essential clothing, bedding, toiletries, sports shoes, personal hygiene items, and other necessities as specified according to camp duration.
Yes. The quantity of clothing and personal items differs depending on whether the camp duration is 7, 15, 21, 30, or 45 days.

Parent–Cadet Communication

Communication is permitted only during scheduled calling periods allocated by the camp administration.
Restricted communication ensures cadets remain fully engaged in training activities while maintaining discipline and independence.
